Your Guerrilla Air product is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for defects in manufacture, materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, improper handling, accident, disassembly, alterations, or normal wear. All warranty claims must provide proof of purchase by means of a receipt, and must be approved by contacting Technical Support at 847.640.8857 and obtaining an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number). All costs associated with shipment of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

• If we determine that there is a defect in the manufacture/materials/workmanship, we will repair or replace that product as deemed necessary with the same model or one of equal value.
• If the problem is determined not to be a result of manufacture/materials/workmanship, we will inform you of the cost for repair or replacement as indicated. Upon agreement and payment, the repair or replacement will be performed.

When sending your product in for a warranty claim, please ship to the following address and include your full name, phone number, shipping address and a brief description of the problem and how it occurred. Also provide payment information or instructions to secure the return shipping fees.
